Frequently Asked Questions
Open hours are maintained on our Google Business page, but visits are by appointment only, so the best way to find out when a slot is available is to book a visit through this site - reservations are required.
Typically people spend about an hour with the cats, but while the facility is open to the public there is no time limit per se, we want you to be able to relax and enjoy your visit! Also, there is not a set cost for general admission, there is a "pay what you wish" checkout where all contributions are appreciated and are invested in caring for the cats and maintaining the space.
There is no on-the-spot adoption, but almost all of the cats in the lounge will be available and ready to find a forever home. However, we also understand that people may be bringing along children or others who could make it a sensitive topic, so we do not want to proactively bring up adoption during your visit.
Visitors may come spend time with the cats for a purely meditative uplifting experience, even if you are not planning to adopt. We want you to enjoy our kitties and they will benefit from the positivity you bring into their space. If you are interested in adoption options though, please browse our available cats and also speak with our team about an adoption application during your visit.

If you are seeking help with a cat that you know of in the community, we cannot accept direct intakes at this time, only on a limited basis through our foster and rescue partners. This will change in the future as resources allow.
